GX Reporting is provided as part of your engagement with Generosity Experience Corporation. The dashboard is a delivery tool for the reporting and analytics work we do on your behalf. These guidelines set baseline expectations for anyone accessing the platform.
Access
- Access the dashboard only if authorized by your organization.
- Keep login credentials confidential. Do not share accounts or passwords.
- Notify Generosity X promptly when access should be granted, modified, or revoked — including when staff leave or change roles. We will action access changes within one business day of notification.
Use
- Use the dashboard for your organization's internal business purposes only.
- Do not attempt to access data belonging to other organizations.
- Do not share or distribute dashboard data externally without appropriate authorization from your organization.
- Do not use automated tools to extract or scrape data from the platform.
Data and Interpretation
Dashboard metrics are produced to support your fundraising analysis and strategic planning. They are based on the data your organization provides to us and the processing methodology described in our Data Processing Addendum.
Dashboard outputs should not be treated as audited financial statements or used as the sole basis for compliance or regulatory reporting. If you identify a discrepancy or have questions about how a metric is calculated, contact us directly.
Security Concerns
If you suspect unauthorized access to your account or notice anything unusual, contact us immediately at hello@generosityx.com.
Generosity Experience Corporation may suspend or restrict access if there is a security concern or evidence of misuse, and will notify the affected organization promptly.
